Come in and enjoy our authentic fine dining Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse. We offer a unique experience where Gaucho Chefs circle the tables with a variety of rotisserie cooked meats for your choosing on espetos (skewers) from our house special picanha, filet mignon, top sirloin to chicken, lamb & Brazilian sausages. The patrons partake in tasting as many of the meats as they wish, and as many times as they wish. The delicious uniquely cooked  meats served tableside are not the only intriguing part of the experience. A gourmet salad bar featuring a variety of salad dishes made with local fresh seasonal produce such as the palmito Brazilian potato salad. The salads are accompanied by several types of traditional Brazilian side dishes such as feijoada, farofa and Brazilian rice & beans. Each table is also set up with sweet fried banana to clean your palate, pao de queijo (melt in your mouth cheese bread) finishing with sweet, golden cinnamon roasted pineapple. Flame & Fire also features original Brazilian desserts such as mousse de Maracuja (passion fruit mousse) and many more. We offer a full bar, including specialty Brazilian exotic drinks, such as the Caipirinha!
