Mission Statement:

Northwest Christian School is committed to creating an environment that encourages children to reach their full potential Educationally, Spiritually, and Socially.

History:

Established in 1998, NCS made its start in the living room of a mother who knew that there had to be an academic plan for her child that was not finding success in a traditional learning environment. Within this burning desire to find answers was birthed a school that is as unique as your child. Since every child has a special way of learning, why not cater their education to them? Northwest Christian School has made it their mission to not only answer this question but also to live in this reality. Individualized Learning has always been the key. Every child should feel valuable, even if they don’t fit in a certain window of learning. Some students need a tactical experience to understand certain concepts; others may feel more comfortable taking a test orally to avoid the pressures of being a poor test-taker.

Whatever the case may be, Northwest Christian School has made it our pledge to offer an affordable, Christ-centered education that uses every tool available to reach your child and help them to find success.

Northwest Christian School proudly offers an individualized approach to learning through the use of Accelerated Christian Education curriculum.  With the tools provided through A.C.E., Northwest is able to assure parents of:

 •  A solid, mastery-based, back-to-basics education for their child.

 • A course of study diagnostically individualized to meet a student's specific learning needs and capabilities.

 • A program incorporating Scripture, Godly character building, and wisdom principles.

 • A curriculum using advanced computer technology to help ensure the finest education possible in today's high-tech climate.
