SPONSOR TERMS

- All sponsors/exhibitors must submit the completed registration form to Kern EDC, approved by an individual who has authority to act on behalf of the applicant. Kern EDC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of applicants, as well as the right to accept or decline any application.

 

- Sponsor tiers are offered on a first-come basis; however, at its discretion Kern EDC will make every effort to enable sponsorships to fit the appropriate tiers based on availability.

 

- For Premier, Keynote and Platinum tiers, a deposit equal to 50% of the sponsorship fee will be due 60 days before the event, with the balance-in-full due no later than November 7, 2018.

 

- For Gold, Silver, Bronze and VIP Reception tiers, sponsorship fees are due in full 30 days before the event.

 

- Cancellation prior to September 21, 2018 will be subject to a 50% administrative fee for refunds. No cancellations or refunds will be provided after September 24, 2018.

 

Note: Unused tickets are urged to be returned to Kern EDC and will be used for high school and college students.
